Returns & Exchanges

At CordaRoy's, we want you to be completely satisfied with your comfort; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that products must be in original condition, and due to their nature, compressed foam products require specific repacking procedures.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team or visit our online portal with your order number and email address to start the return or exchange process.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  For bean bag chairs, ensure the foam is vacuum-sealed using our specialized liner kit to fit it back into the original shipping box; for other items, keep original tags attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email which you must print and securely attach to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
